Fondant cake

My favorite project this term! It took me three hours to finish it, but anyhow it's worth it and I'm so proud! It's fun to play with fondant but also really tiring!

Flowers

They are all made of fondant and the pink rose one is my favorite!!! My carnation is really bad so I just upload Ms. Moon's, which is obviously better than mine. The rest are no so bad.

Carrot Cake

This one is my favorite one because I really like the matching of the colours and the way I layering them up.

Easter eggs!

I had never dyed an egg before so I did a lot of research to inspire myself. The process was interesting except I had to be really careful of choosing colours.

Braided Bread

First time braiding bread. Fortunately, because I'm a girl ,and I've braided my own hair before, it was not too hard to braid bread.

Rose

Made by icing sugar! It seemed so easy in the video but actually a lot harder than that! Anyway, it turned out fine.

Cherry Pie Cake

It's too sweet but problem solved as I add more cream on it! I don't know why but I feel like it's more like a sweet hamburger than a cake.

Cheesecake

I was trying to decorate the plate with hearts but the strawberry sauce is liquid-like so it doesn't stay together. It looks so bad but the cheesecake is actually pretty good.

Truffles

I know it's too soft to be truffle. It's probably because we didn't refrigerate it enough or we put too much ingredients into it? Anyway, it's a failure. :(

'Beautiful' apple bird

Not so great, and no so proud actually.

Delicious chicken udon!

The two different sauce mixed up with chicken breast meat and udon are so good! We should make food like this more often!! Not only it smells good, but it also tastes so yummy!

Watermelon basket & shark

Our cute watermelon basket!!! The equipment is kind of hard to use but we made it! XD
The shark looks not so good but it's the second time doing carving after the failed pumpkin, so good enough for me. :p

Snoopy !

The same model as the dinosaur one,but we changed it into Snoopy :-) Not so cool compared to the other groups though, but lots of effort!

Dinosaur Cake

The big dinosaur cake!Spent two classes making the dinosaur cake literally! So tiring!!! Hope it doesn't look like a frog! Happy Birthday to Ms. Moon!
